Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders, invoices, and reconcile bank statements.

  • Handle administrative tasks to improve invoicing efficiency.

  • Maintain organised records.

  • Manage correspondence and general accounts duties.

Requirements:

  • Experience in invoicing, finance, or admin roles.

  • Proficiency in SAGE and MS Office (especially Excel).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
