The Role
We are looking for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join an established engineering team, working on the design and development of complex mechanisms, machine systems and assemblies. This is a genuinely varied role that spans the full product lifecycle, from concept and design through to supporting manufacturing, assembly and commissioning.
You'll work cross-functionally across the business, liaising with Sales, Production and Assembly teams, and play a key part in driving design improvements and value engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop new components, mechanisms and machine systems to meet project and customer requirements
Adapt and refine existing designs to meet customer specifications and engineering standards
Support manufacturing and assembly teams during machine build and commissioning
Issue machine parts on SAP in line with delivery schedules
Conduct design reviews, DFMEAs and PFMEAs
Liaise with the Sales team to provide technical support for bids and proposals
Create and maintain high-quality engineering documentation and customer records
Identify opportunities for design improvement and value engineering
Work in accordance with the highest standards of health, safety and engineering governance
Senior candidates will additionally take a lead role in engineering governance, change control, technical sign-off, and mentoring within the team.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Minimum HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Previous CAD experience, ideally Siemens NX
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Senior level additionally requires:
Significant experience in mechanical design within a machine tool, special purpose machinery, or capital equipment environment

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to play a key role within a busy Quality Department. Working cross-functionally with suppliers, customers, and internal teams, you'll help drive a culture of operational excellence and Right First Time thinking - ensuring that products, processes, and systems consistently meet internal, customer, and regulatory standards.
This is a varied, hands-on role that spans quality assurance, supplier management, continuous improvement, internal auditing, and KPI reporting - with real scope to make an impact across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure supplied and internally manufactured products comply with engineering drawings, manufacturing specifications, and all applicable standards
Support and maintain ISO 9001 compliance and contribute to the ongoing development of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
Act as the recognised point of contact for quality-related issues across the business
Supplier, Customer & Internal Interface
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to investigate non-conformances and ensure effective CAPA implementation

Manage customer complaints with clear communication and timely resolution
Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
Lead structured problem-solving activities including 8D investigations, root cause analysis (5 Why), and corrective action planning
Identify and implement quality improvement opportunities across products and processes

Audits & Reporting
Plan and perform internal IMS, supplier, and safety audits
Support external ISO audits and regulatory assessments
Track and report quality KPIs including PPM, Pareto analysis and trends
Coaching & Collaboration
Provide guidance and support to team members on quality tools and best practices
Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Supply Chain and HSE functions
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing or production environment
Minimum HNC or HND qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
Completed 4-year mechanical apprenticeship
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes
Demonstrated ability to apply quality methodologies including 8D, 5 Why, Pareto analysis and PPM performance monitoring
Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to root cause investigation
Confident user of SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join a busy and dynamic Facilities Department. With a strong electrical bias, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's infrastructure and manufacturing machinery, ensuring operations remain safe, efficient, and productive.
This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who is a confident team player with a resilient attitude and a keen eye for engineering standards. You'll be involved in everything from planned preventative maintenance to reactive repairs and exciting improvement projects - with on-site training and coaching provided for project coordination aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine scheduled maintenance and respond promptly to equipment faults

Carry out quality inspections on completed jobs
Maintain fixed wiring testing and manage defect rectification
Control maintenance tools, stores, and equipment

The Opportunity
As Quality Control Engineer, you will work within the Assembly Inspection team to ensure final product quality prior to customer testing and sign-off. What You’ll Bring
You'll have a minimum 5 years’ experience within a complex design-to-order engineering organisation, operating within a Quality-focused engineering role. Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and process control techniques, strong working knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and production techniques and experience diagnosing manufacturing faults and non-conformance issues are all important pre-requisites. Ideally you will hold HND (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline and have formal Quality training (e.g., CQI / IRCA trained auditor) but experience will be considered without formal qualifications.
Technical Knowledge & Expertise
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 fundamentals
Knowledge of machining, fabrication, welding, sand/die casting
