Your Role
As a MIG Welder, you’ll play a key role in producing top-quality modular units by ensuring every weld meets the highest standards. You’ll:
MIG weld mild steel (up to 10mm thick)
Carry out butt welds, fillet welds, and multi-runs
Work from technical drawings and instructions
Dress and finish welds for a seamless coating
Safely move products using an overhead crane
Your Background
Experienced MIG welder (ideally Level 3 in Welding / Fabrication)
Confident welding mild steel to high standards
Skilled in both butt and fillet welding
Able to interpret technical drawings and deliver precision work
Overhead crane experience desirable but training can be given

Early Shift: Mon–Thu 05:45–14:00 | Fri 05:45–12:45

Your Role
As a Paint Sprayer, you’ll play a key role in producing top-quality modular units by ensuring a perfect finish on manufactured units.
Working form instructions
Prep & prime the units to ensure a smooth application
Mask up where required
Select the correct paint as per the specification
Spray using an air fed gun
Working with water-based paint and 2 pack
Ensuring a quality finish on the units produced
Moving goods with the overhead crane
Your Background
Experienced Spray Painter (ideally Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Refinishing/ Body Repair, Industrial Coatings, or Decorative Finishing)
Working from technical instructions
Ability to complete the process from prep- finish
Knowledge of COSHH

Your Role

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our fast-paced manufacturing team, specializing in the production of lighting solutions for commercial vehicles and off-highway equipment.
In this role, you will have full ownership of the company’s Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QEMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
You will provide expert technical quality support across the business, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and play a key role in strengthening our culture of quality and environmental responsibility. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities.
Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QEMS) and associated procedures.
Audit and update processes, manuals, and documentation in line with evolving standards and requirements.
Lead and coordinate customer audits, ensuring successful outcomes.
Conduct internal audits for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance.
Oversee document control, release, and revision management.
Perform supplier audits and manage quality relationships with external partners.
Prepare and manage customer PPAP and ISIR documentation.
Maintain calibration processes for equipment and tools.
Manage internal, supplier, and customer non-conformance investigations.
Manage Goods Inwards Inspection documentation and processes.
Track, analyse, and generate monthly quality KPIs.
Conduct quality checks across manufacturing stages to ensure product compliance.
Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Exceptional attention to detail.
Relevant qualification in Quality Management or Engineering.
ISO 9001:2015 Auditor.
Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (8D, RCA, 5 Whys).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a quality engineering role.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent internal and external communication skills at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
Understanding of ISO 14001 requirements (ISO 14001 Auditor preferred).
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
