Are you highly organised, detail-driven and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Production & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing client based in Bingley - a specialist in innovative point-of-sale (POS) solutions, delivering high-quality retail displays and promotional materials for major brands and retailers. This is a pivotal, hands-on role sitting right at the heart of the business, acting as the key link between the office, production and warehouse teams. You'll manage the flow of materials, jobs and finished goods across a global supply chain -making sure production is properly prepared, stock is available when it's needed, and shipments go out accurately and on time. What You'll Do Logistics & Export Coordination Coordinate daily logistics operations for both domestic and export shipments. Manage freight and courier bookings, track shipments and ensure all deliveries meet project timelines. Prepare and verify shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and customs paperwork). Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements and company policies. Production Planning & Data Support production planning and scheduling so jobs are processed efficiently and deadlines are met. Track and progress jobs through production, maintaining clear visibility of status at all times. Create, maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support the use and development of Shopfloor Data Capture (SFDC) systems. Stock, Materials & Inventory Monitor stock levels of raw materials and consumables, raising purchase requirements to ensure continuity of supply. Maintain inventory accuracy through timely system updates and reconciliation. Support goods-in and stock organisation across sites. Wider Operations Support Manage packaging requirements and produce accurate box labelling for dispatch. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers and internal teams to resolve delays or issues. Support warehousing, stock planning, project rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain or a related field. Strong understanding of import/export processes, Incoterms and customs regulations. An awareness of production environments, materials and workflow processes. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas and logical functions) alongside general Microsoft Office proficiency. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, confident liaising with internal teams and external suppliers. The Role Reporting to the Purchasing Assistant Manager, this is a commercially focused buying role responsible for supporting the delivery of the company's overall purchasing strategy, whilst achieving specific KPIs and cost-down targets. You will manage supplier relationships at a senior level, lead negotiations, and work closely with supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering teams to develop the external capability needed to support new products and strategic sourcing opportunities. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; conduct negotiations on pricing, contracts, and quotations in line with company policies. Lead supplier meetings to monitor service, cost, delivery, and quality performance. My client is a family-run, leading provider of innovative print and point-of-sale (POS) solutions, delivering high-quality retail displays, signage and promotional materials for major brands and retailers, with over 130 years of history and expertise.  As the business continues to grow and strengthen its sustainability and quality credentials, the SHEQ Advisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining current certifications and leading the business towards new accreditations, all while keeping a safe and healthy working environment. Key Responsibilities Quality & Environmental Compliance Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 quality management system. Lead the ongoing EcoVadis sustainability assessment process and drive improvements in performance. Manage the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) Chain of Custody compliance, ensuring all procedures and documentation are up to standard. Support progression towards BRC accreditation, ensuring systems and practices meet the requirements for food-safe production environments. Ethical & Supply Chain Standards Oversee compliance with Sedex requirements and ensure ethical, responsible business practices are embedded across the organisation.
