Administrator – Supply Chain / Purchasing Support
Location: Shipley
Salary: £27,570 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – flexible start/finish times

The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the Purchasing Team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of supply chain and purchasing operations by:

Generating reports and maintaining accurate records

Raising purchase orders and updating database systems

Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely communication and workflow

Supporting wider administrative needs within the purchasing function
About You
You’ll have a strong background in administration, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment, and bring a keen understanding (or interest) in supply chain and purchasing principles.
We’re looking for someone who is:

Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential)

Experienced with ERP or MRP systems (advantageous)

Organised, detail-focused, and a great communicator – both verbally and in writing

A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
