  • Create, maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support the use and development of Shopfloor Data Capture (SFDC) systems.

Stock, Materials & Inventory

Wider Operations Support

  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers and internal teams to resolve delays or issues.
  • Support warehousing, stock planning, project rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of import/export processes, Incoterms and customs regulations.
  • An awareness of production environments, materials and workflow processes.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas and logical functions) alongside general Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, confident liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • The ability to multitask, stay organised and manage deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • A proactive team player with strong attention to detail.

What's on Offer?

  • A competitive salary of circa £30,000, plus a benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
  • 8:30am - 5pm (with some flexibility)
