This is a pivotal, hands-on role sitting right at the heart of the business, acting as the key link between the office, production and warehouse teams. You'll manage the flow of materials, jobs and finished goods across a global supply chain -making sure production is properly prepared, stock is available when it's needed, and shipments go out accurately and on time.
What You'll Do
Logistics & Export Coordination
- Coordinate daily logistics operations for both domestic and export shipments.
- Manage freight and courier bookings, track shipments and ensure all deliveries meet project timelines.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and customs paperwork).
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements and company policies.
Production Planning & Data
- Support production planning and scheduling so jobs are processed efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Track and progress jobs through production, maintaining clear visibility of status at all times.
- Create, maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support the use and development of Shopfloor Data Capture (SFDC) systems.
Stock, Materials & Inventory
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and consumables, raising purchase requirements to ensure continuity of supply.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through timely system updates and reconciliation.
- Support goods-in and stock organisation across sites.
Wider Operations Support
- Manage packaging requirements and produce accurate box labelling for dispatch.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers and internal teams to resolve delays or issues.
- Support warehousing, stock planning, project rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain or a related field.
- Strong understanding of import/export processes, Incoterms and customs regulations.
- An awareness of production environments, materials and workflow processes.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas and logical functions) alongside general Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, confident liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
- The ability to multitask, stay organised and manage deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
What's on Offer?
- A competitive salary of circa £30,000, plus a benefits package and opportunities for career growth.
- 8:30am - 5pm (with some flexibility)
- 35 days holidays
- A supportive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Be part of a dynamic, innovative company delivering industry-leading POS solutions.
- Work closely with global partners and develop your logistics and supply chain expertise.
