About Us
Cubed Talent is a dynamic and forward-thinking recruitment agency, partnering with leading businesses across Yorkshire. We pride ourselves on our personal approach, our professionalism, and our ability to match great people with great opportunities.

The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused  Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our team to support our continued growth. You’ll be working on-site at a variety of our clients’ premises, responsible for the recruitment processes and talent co-ordination.

This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, temporary staff and team leaders —ensuring smooth onboarding, excellent communication, and efficient administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-registration screenings, registrations, assessments and onboarding for new starters via video interviews and in-person
  • Host site tours and welcome sessions for new recruits.
  • Complete check-ins with workers and address queries promptly.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships, understanding and responding to staffing needs.
  • Accurately record and process hours worked and manage time & attendance systems.
  • Provide regular updates to the Cubed Talent office team.
  • Handle related administration in line with compliance and company standards.
  • Work flexibly across various client sites as required.
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Application management
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, with great attention to detail.
  • Confident in dealing with people at all levels.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or a fast-paced admin role (not essential).
  • Ability to adapt to different client environments.
  • Able to effectively plan, organise and manage own workload
  • Flexible and adaptable to support the needs of the business
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft software, including Teams, Outlook, Word
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (due to multiple site locations).
What’s On Offer
  • Competitive salary and team bonus
  • Supportive and friendly team environment.
  • Coaching and mentorship
Hours: Full-time, with flexibility to meet client needs

If you’re a confident communicator who thrives on variety and enjoys building great relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
