The Role

As Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful, multi-channel marketing activity. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you’ll help bring the new brand to life while ensuring consistency, creativity, and measurable results.

You'll be responsible for a variety of marketing activities to contribute towards the launch of a brand new division and product line, which provides a fantastic opportunity to put your own stamp on the role and launch campaigns.

Key duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and events

  • Coordinate engaging content in line with brand guidelines

  • Manage day-to-day social media activity, including scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement

  • Assist with the organisation of brand launch events, trade shows, and promotional activity

  • Track campaign performance, compile reports, and provide insight-led recommendations

  • Support marketing budget administration, including invoice processing and record keeping

  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s tone, style, and visual identity


About You

You’ll be highly motivated, adaptable, and collaborative, with a positive, can-do attitude. You’re an excellent communicator who can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.

My client is looking for someone with previous experience being heavily involved in the launch of a new brand or product line. Additional skills and experience requirements also include: 

  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Digital marketing experience, including social media and email platforms

  • Strong organisational and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social insights

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail

  • Experience supporting the launch or growth of a new brand, sub-brand, or product line (highly desirable)

Production Operative

Due to an increase in demand, we are looking to recruit a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing team within a well-established British manufacturer based in Knaresborough. It's an exciting time to join this business, having recently expanded their operations and product offering - the business is committed to growth and development and with that, comes opportunities for their employees. Reporting to the Production Co-ordinator, you will work as part of a skilled production team in a modern 50,000 sq ft factory environment. The role is hands-on and varied, operating a range of machinery including: Spot welders CNC welding and bending machines Hydraulic presses Wire cutting and cropping machines Full in-house training will be provided on all machines and processes. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on a wide variety of products. You will also be expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, quality, cost, delivery, and workplace safety. About You You will be someone who enjoys working both as part of a team and independently, with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills. This is a hands-on role supporting the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse, from receipt to dispatch. You will play a key part in ensuring stock is handled accurately, safely, and efficiently.
