About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A valid external FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB / ITSSAR / AITT / BRITTOP accredited)

- Previous FLT experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

The Role
As a Bobst Foiling Operative, you will:
Operate B1 foiling machines to produce high-quality packaging products
Work with a range of materials, including flat, fluted, and multi-level dies
Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
Run machines at optimal efficiency and troubleshoot issues when required
Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance
Maintain compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, BRC, and GMP standards
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in foiling, embossing, and die-cutting
Strong ability to produce high-quality work to precise customer requirements
Knowledge of machine troubleshooting to ensure maximum uptime
Experience with Bobst Foil Master equipment (advantageous)
