Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a despatch operative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Immediate start available!

- Previous experience of working within a despatch, stores or warehouse department within the manufacturing/engineering sector
- Able to use computer systems with training
- FLT license ideal but not essential
- Banksman trained is desirable not essential
- Driving licence required

We're recruiting a Service Planner on an ongoing temporary basis for a well-established engineering business in West Yorkshire. This is a busy, varied administration role at the heart of a service department - ideal for someone organised, proactive and confident dealing with customers.
What you'll be doing:
Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Producing service estimates and chasing purchase orders and on-site dates
Maintaining the service schedule and allocating engineers to customer sites
Arranging travel for engineering visits - flights, hotels and car hire - plus visa applications and embassy appointments where needed
Preparing H&S documentation ahead of site visits
Authorising timesheets, visit reports and expenses, and preparing analysis of charges for Finance
Raising warranties and handling customer complaints
General administration and liaising across departments
What we're looking for:
Experience within an administration team, dealing with people by phone, email and face-to-face
Strong communication skills and good commercial judgement
Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
A flexible, proactive approach and confident use of Microsoft Office
What's on offer:
£19.28 per hour (£37,596 per annum equivalent)
37.5 hours per week with flexible start and finish times

We're looking for a Senior Logistics Controller/Team Leader to lead internal logistics, stores and materials management, supporting production teams to work safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

The role
As Senior Logistics Controller/Team Leader, you'll take ownership of logistics, making sure manufacturing operations are backed by clear, efficient stores and materials handling processes from tender stage right through to project completion. You'll work closely with production, engineering and the wider supply chain to keep materials moving, reduce waste and drive productivity across the facility.
What you'll be doing
Developing and maintaining logistics strategies across the project lifecycle, from tender through to delivery
Managing stores and warehouse operations, keeping stock levels accurate and material flow optimised
Coordinating inbound deliveries and outbound dispatch, supporting a just-in-time (JIT) supply model
Reducing missing Goods Received Notes and improving OTIF (On Time, In Full) performance
Leading, motivating and developing the logistics team, setting clear expectations and supporting their performance
Acting as a visible champion for health and safety across all logistics activity
Building strong working relationships with production managers, procurement and supply chain colleagues, and supporting tender teams with logistics planning
What we're looking for
Experience in a logistics, stores, warehouse or materials management role within a manufacturing, engineering or construction environment
Experience using stock control or inventory management systems
A track record of coordinating deliveries, dispatch and inventory activities
A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing or Business Operations
IOSH Managing Safely, or an equivalent health and safety qualification

Are you highly organised, detail-driven and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Production & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing client based in Bingley - a specialist in innovative point-of-sale (POS) solutions, delivering high-quality retail displays and promotional materials for major brands and retailers.
This is a pivotal, hands-on role sitting right at the heart of the business, acting as the key link between the office, production and warehouse teams. You'll manage the flow of materials, jobs and finished goods across a global supply chain -making sure production is properly prepared, stock is available when it's needed, and shipments go out accurately and on time.
What You'll Do
Logistics & Export Coordination
Coordinate daily logistics operations for both domestic and export shipments.
Manage freight and courier bookings, track shipments and ensure all deliveries meet project timelines.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and customs paperwork).
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements and company policies.
Production Planning & Data
Support production planning and scheduling so jobs are processed efficiently and deadlines are met.
Track and progress jobs through production, maintaining clear visibility of status at all times.
Create, maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and support the use and development of Shopfloor Data Capture (SFDC) systems.
Stock, Materials & Inventory
Monitor stock levels of raw materials and consumables, raising purchase requirements to ensure continuity of supply.
Maintain inventory accuracy through timely system updates and reconciliation.
Support goods-in and stock organisation across sites.
Wider Operations Support
Manage packaging requirements and produce accurate box labelling for dispatch.
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers and internal teams to resolve delays or issues.
Support warehousing, stock planning, project rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain or a related field.
Strong understanding of import/export processes, Incoterms and customs regulations.
An awareness of production environments, materials and workflow processes.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas and logical functions) alongside general Microsoft Office proficiency.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, confident liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
The ability to multitask, stay organised and manage deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
A proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
