This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide essential support to busy departments during a peak workload period. As an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes. This assignment is short-term but provides a valuable chance to demonstrate your skills and potentially open doors to future opportunities with the client. Key Responsibilities Processing and managing documentation in line with company standards. Providing day-to-day administrative support across multiple departments. Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems. Communicating effectively with colleagues and internal stakeholders. Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. Skills & Experience Required Proven administrative experience within a fast-paced environment. Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and bespoke systems. Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise across departments. Our client is looking to appoint a materials handler to join their current team on a permanent basis due to continued growth.  We are looking for someone who is capable of working within a fast-paced engineering stores or despatch environment, to ensure materials are unloaded, decanted and located as required, and picked and issued ready for production. There is potential for this role to develop into a team leader position over time, heading up a small team. Duties will include: Unloading vehicles in a safe and timely manner Checking supplier paperwork matches what is being delivered and quantities match order Ensuring material locations are correct and recorded on the computer system Moving material locations and maintaining the layout of materials Supply Production with their raw material requirements in a timely manner Consult with Production to check packaging stock requirements Responsible for the Saw (Setting, Checking and cleanliness) Conduct perpetual Stock checks throughout the year as required  Strapping pallets for despatch Loading the van for deliveries (strapping the pallets down) Other general warehouse and site duties as required   About you: Previous experience in a similar role Holds an FLT Counterbalance license (accredited)  Holds or has previously held a FLT Reach license Good teamwork and work ethics to work in a small tight team  Working hours and Benefits: £26,000 per annum  Permanent Days 40 hours per week - flexitime 32 days holiday inc stats Potential progression opportunties If you are interested, please apply online or call Jess on 01274 599354 for more information.

As Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day production operations, working with the team to ensure jobs are delivered to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. We are offering this role on a permanent or temporary-to-permanent basis, dependent on the successful candidates current situation.
