Thirty years building recruitment businesses from the ground up — that's what Shaun Simmons has brought to Cubed Talent's board for several years now.
Shaun's early career was as a frontline permanent/specialist search recruiter, working his way to main board director, scaling teams across 20+ UK locations and steering multiple acquisitions and mergers along the way.
He later ran Cordant Recruitment's Technical & Engineering division as Managing Director, where he pushed through a technology and innovation programme that delivered outstanding financial results and built out specialist sectors including Automation, Aviation, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Power & Energy and Utilities.
Today, alongside his role as Non-Executive Director, Shaun continues to advise Cubed Talent and Indigo Healthcare Recruitment on strategy, governance and people's development — which he believes are the real drivers of sustainable growth.
For our clients, Shaun brings a wealth of experience, understanding and credibility within the recruitment sector — complementing the skills and experience of our chair/investor, Rob Fleming, who was instrumental in the success and growth of Pace plc, a leading FTSE 100 global technology and manufacturing business also based out of Salts Mill, Saltaire — hence our spiritual home.
