About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Administrator to join this forward-thinking engineering and manufacturing business based in Shipley.

You’ll be part of a highly collaborative supply chain and production team, ensuring materials and components are sourced efficiently, delivered on time, and accurately maintained within internal systems. Key Responsibilities

Support the purchasing of raw materials, components, and indirect spend.

Manage purchasing reports, liaise with suppliers, and track deliveries.

Maintain and update order dates on the internal system to minimise overdue items.

Send RFQs, place orders, and monitor supplier performance.

Resolve invoice queries and assist with supplier communication to ensure on-time delivery.
What You’ll Bring
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supply chain or purchasing role.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Confident using MS Office; ERP experience (Oracle advantageous).

Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred.
-
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong professional values.

Salary: Up to £32,500 (depending on experience)
