Introducing Joe Griffin to the Cubed Talent team
We’re pleased to welcome Joe Griffin to Cubed, joining our Partnership Service Delivery team as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting our clients with the right people, at the right time.
Joe joins us alongside Matt, New Year new starters strengthening the team to meet growing customer demand as the business continues to scale.
Joe’s arrival cooincides with an important next phase for Cubed. We are entering year one of our 2030 Five Year mission – including activating our succession plan, a hand over of operational and strategic control to our NxTGeN leadership team.
Here’s Joe in his own words:
“After spending the last four years working in fast-paced, customer-facing roles across the French Alps, Canada’s British Columbia, and Australia, I have developed strong foundations in relationship building, communication, and delivering high-quality experiences. These roles allowed me to work with a wide range of people and environments, strengthening my ability to adapt and build trust quickly.
I have since transitioned into recruitment, where I work closely with some of the regions leading manufacturing and engineering businesses - connecting skilled professionals with exciting opportunities in growing and innovative sectors. Building on my people-focused background, I am passionate about helping both candidates and clients find the right long-term fit.
Working at Cubed has given me a clear understanding of what it means to be part of a high-performing team. Developing my knowledge of the sectors we operate in has enabled me to communicate more effectively with both candidates and clients. With a proactive approach and a focus on delivering right-first-time recruitment, I am continually expanding my understanding of the role and look forward to developing a holistic insight within this evolving industry.”
