Your Role:

 

You’ll develop and execute distinct marketing strategies for two divisions of the company. From digital platforms to trade shows, you’ll ensure their brand messages resonate across all channels. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Craft and deliver marketing strategies for two of their brand divisions.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, and website management.
  • Develop branded content that tells our unique story.
  • Identify key events and manage our presence at trade exhibitions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using established KPIs.

 

About You:

 

  • You bring 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in B2B and digital marketing.
  • You’re a confident communicator with excellent copywriting skills, and you have the flexibility to adapt to daily challenges.
  • Experience in technical or manufacturing sectors is a plus, as is knowledge of a second European language.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for trade shows is essential.

As part of a dynamic team, you'll work alongside Sales and Purchasing, accompanying them on customer and supplier visits, and playing a critical role in optimizing manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety. Your experience and proactive mindset will be essential in enhancing production performance and championing continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:   Maintain and improve existing production processes in compliance with ISO 9001/14001 standards. Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in manufacturing areas to drive efficiency and safety. Lead or contribute to structured problem-solving activities, coordinating cross-functional teams as needed. Ensure smooth new product introductions by preparing all necessary process documentation, including drawings, risk assessments, and control procedures.
