Your key responsibilities will include:   Assemble, measure, and disassemble tooling for Milling and Turning machines according to the master schedule. Utilize existing tooling sheets and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high quality and consistency. Monitor tool wear upon return and ensure the upkeep of fixtures. Stay ready to respond swiftly and efficiently when tooling is needed on short notice. Work closely with Engineers on the shop floor to facilitate seamless operations. Acquire skills to operate essential machinery such as the Tool Pre-Setter, balance machine, and shrink machine. As part of a dynamic team, you'll work alongside Sales and Purchasing, accompanying them on customer and supplier visits, and playing a critical role in optimizing manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities:   Maintain and improve existing production processes in compliance with ISO 9001/14001 standards. Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in manufacturing areas to drive efficiency and safety. Lead or contribute to structured problem-solving activities, coordinating cross-functional teams as needed. Ensure smooth new product introductions by preparing all necessary process documentation, including drawings, risk assessments, and control procedures. Manage component/assembly routings and bills of material using the EFACS system. Collaborate with internal and external teams to address production line issues and implement long-term solutions. Analyze test data to recommend and implement process improvements for better performance. Utilize process control techniques such as SPC, process flow, and line balancing to streamline operations. About you:   Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical design and its implementation in production. Hands-on experience in CAD, particularly AutoCAD, with a clear understanding of tooling and assembly drawings. Familiarity with process control methods, including Poka-Yoke and line balancing. Proven ability to work collaboratively with design teams to translate designs into efficient production methods. Experience with manufacturing costing, expenditure justification, and report writing.
